Shipping Rules and Restrictions
1. Do I have online Tracking Number if I choose regular post service?
A: The carrier will not offer a tracking number unless you pay for $2 insurance fee in the process of order placing. A tracking number and related official website for tracking will be sent to you via Email within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped.
2. Do you ship to APO address or PO Box?
A: DHL, UPS and EMS couldn't ship to APO address or PO box while the regular post service does. If you choose the DHL and EMS shipping method while the address you provide is APO address or PO Box, we will ask you to provide with us an normative address to make the shipment.
3. Which products that can not be shipped by express shipping method?
A: Product which including batteries can not be shipped by express shipping method . We will choose regular post service to arrive to you, but the shipping time is a little longer.
4. Why cannot my order be sent by EMS/UPS/DHL?
A: There are several reasons for that. Firstly such products as lasers, E-cigarettes cannot be shipped express mail as it will be easier to be detained by the customs. They will be shipped by regular post service. Secondly, some countries aren’t covered by UPS/DHL. The carrier will usually change the shipping method for your order.
